Workflow Automation & API Integration

Business workflow automation and API integrations that connect your CRM, ERP, payment, support and internal systems so data moves reliably without manual re-entry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Built around your operation.

We automate business workflows and build integrations between the systems your teams use: CRMs, ERPs, accounting and payment platforms, support desks, spreadsheets and internal databases. That includes custom APIs, webhook handlers, scheduled syncs and workflow engines, plus AI steps where they genuinely help.

Why it matters

Manual copying between systems is slow, error-prone and invisible until something goes wrong. Brittle integrations are not much better: a silent failure can mean missing orders or duplicate invoices. Automation needs retries, idempotency, monitoring and clear ownership of every record.

Core scope

  • System-to-system API integrations and webhooks
  • Automated approvals, routing and notifications
  • Reliable sync with retries, monitoring and audit logs
HOW WE DELIVER

A deliberate approach.

  1. 01

Map the workflow, systems of record, triggers, data fields and failure cases

  2. 02

Design API contracts, authentication, rate-limit handling and idempotent operations

  3. 03

Build the integration or automation and test it against sandbox environments

  4. 04

Add alerting, dashboards, replay tools and runbooks so failures are visible and recoverable

WHERE IT FITS

Typical use cases.

Common situations where teams bring us in for this work.

  1. 01

    Lead-to-cash automation

Move a won deal from the CRM into invoicing, provisioning and onboarding without retyping customer details.

  2. 02

    Order and inventory sync

Keep e-commerce, warehouse and accounting systems consistent with near-real-time updates and reconciliation reports.

  3. 03

    Approval workflows

Route purchase requests, discounts or expenses to the right approver by rule, with reminders, escalation and an audit trail.

  4. 04

    AI-assisted intake

Read incoming emails or documents, extract structured data and create records automatically, sending low-confidence cases for review.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions buyers ask.

Straight answers about scope, risk and ownership before you start a project.

01

Should we use Zapier or Make, or build custom integrations?

No-code tools are a good choice for simple, low-volume workflows owned by a business team. Custom integrations become worthwhile when volumes grow, logic gets complex, data is sensitive, or failures need proper retries, monitoring and audit trails. We often keep simple automations in no-code tools and move business-critical flows into code.

02

What happens when a third-party API is down?

Well-designed integrations expect it. We queue work, retry with backoff, use idempotency keys so a retried request cannot create duplicates, and alert someone when a failure needs attention. A replay tool lets the team re-process failed events once the provider recovers.

03

Can you integrate with systems that have no API?

Sometimes. Options include database-level integration, scheduled file exchange, vendor export formats or, as a last resort, carefully monitored browser automation. We explain the reliability trade-offs of each before building.

04

How do you keep integrations secure?

Least-privilege credentials kept in a secrets manager, verified webhook signatures, validation of every inbound payload, encryption in transit and no logging of sensitive fields.
